SCHEDULE-I – Model Notice

Model Notice Rule 3(3) [Data Principal to be given option to access contents of notice in English or any language specified in Eighth Schedule to Constitution]
1. This notice is to inform you of how we, [Name of the Data Fiduciary], want to process your personal data, so that you may give your informed consent.

2.Only the following personal data will be collected from you for the purposes mentioned in the notice:

(c) <example: Credit card details>
(d) <example: Address>

3. The purposes for which the personal data listed above will be used are as follows:
